Return and Refund Policy
Prescriptions or Medicated Products
We adhere to rules set forth by the Alberta College of Pharmacy which does not allow the return of medications to be resold, this includes all prescriptions and non-prescription over the counter medicated products.
Non-prescription medications with one or more active ingredients such as over the counter medicine for pain, allergies, eye care, stomach remedies, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, cough / cold / flu, sleep, first-aid, fiber supplementation, medicated creams / ointments are not allowed to be returned or refunded.
Home Health Care and Personal Care Products
Home health care products (braces, supports, canes, etc.) and personal care items (health and beauty products) are also a final sale due to hygienic reasons.
Other Products
For any other items, return the item to the pharmacy within 10 days of the purchase date.
Important: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the saleable condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages, wrong product, or other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are issued back in the original form of payment.
